Since she was old enough to write, Liz Morgan has been using the power of words to communicate.
Early in her career, Liz worked as a newspaper journalist and magazine editor; copywriter for clients including Citibank, PGA Tour and AOL; a public relations account manager with a Jacksonville-based advertising agency; and a public relations specialist in the City of Jacksonville’s Film & Television Office. It’s the amalgamation of these experiences—especially her unique ability to craft a story that appeals to a wide range of viewers and readers—that makes her a well-respected and sought-after PR professional.
Her media relations efforts have resulted in media hits in local, regional and national media including Entertainment Weekly, The Today Show, E! Entertainment Television, Arch Digest, US Weekly, ESPN, Entertainment Tonight, Southern Living, People Magazine, FOX Sports, NFL Network, The New York Times, Orlando Sentinel, MSNBC, South Florida Sun-Sentinel, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, The Florida Times-Union and Jacksonville Magazine.
Personally, Liz believes strongly in giving back to the community, which she has done through pro-bono work and board membership in organizations including Child Cancer Center, The First Tee of Jacksonville, The Clara White Mission and Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens.
Liz resides at the beaches just outside Jacksonville with her husband Garrick and their kitty Phoebe. She’s obsessed with pop culture, traveling the world, reading—and generating buzz for her clients. Not necessarily in that order.
